	Chapter 13 Press. Chapter 13 Press is an independent game design company with offices on both the East and West coasts of the United States. Makers of the Blaxploitation game Bad Muthas: Tales From the Funk and Utopian, an alternate modern-day timeline RPG where the Germans won WWII, and the United States has become a xenophobic totalitarian state. Both use R. Talsorian's Fuzion system.
